01. Minimal-Data Commitment
GLINTSORTWELL applies data minimization by default. The showroom can be read without creating an account, supplying a name, submitting an email address, entering payment details, or building a persistent user identity.
02. Information the Interface Does Not Request
The public application does not request contact details, government identifiers, precise location, financial information, specimen ownership records, biometric data, demographic classifications, or private gemological reports.
No comment system, customer account area, checkout workflow, marketing subscription, or personalized recommendation engine is included. Users should not attempt to transmit confidential information through URL parameters or unrelated third-party links.
03. Refractive Telemetry Processing
The 60-second synchronization routine updates interface labels such as the international sorting index, availability presentation, certification-stream state, and memory-sweep time. These values are generated locally from time-based operational logic and are not calculated from user identity, browsing history, device fingerprint, or purchasing activity.
The routine does not change the reader’s scroll position, transmit a user profile, or retain a chronological record after the active page context ends.
04. Browser Memory and Consent State
The showroom may use a session-scoped token to remember that the caching notice has been acknowledged. That token stores a functional status value only. It is not designed to identify a person and is removed when the applicable browser session ends.
Transient memory also holds the current telemetry display values while a document remains open. GLINTSORTWELL does not use this interface state for advertising, remarketing, audience segmentation, or cross-domain recognition.
05. Fonts, Images, and External Resources
The interface may request font or editorial image assets from established content-delivery services. Standard network requests can expose technical connection data, including an IP address and browser headers, to the service delivering that asset. Those providers control their own infrastructure and policies.
Verified resource buttons lead to independent websites such as GIA, ICA, SSEF, and Opals Down Under. Once a user follows an external link, the destination’s privacy terms and technical controls apply. GLINTSORTWELL does not receive the destination’s account or transaction data through this platform.
06. Interface Security Parameters
GLINTSORTWELL applies standard browser-compatible presentation and operational safeguards. These measures cannot guarantee absolute protection against browser tools, network capture, malicious software, unauthorized copying, or determined extraction.
Users remain responsible for maintaining secure devices, current browsers, protected networks, and appropriate access controls. No internet-delivered publication should be treated as immune from every security risk.
07. Data Subject Rights
Because the interface is designed not to collect directly submitted personal information, GLINTSORTWELL will ordinarily hold no platform profile to access, correct, export, or erase. Where applicable law grants privacy rights and a person believes information has nevertheless been processed, a request may be submitted through formal written correspondence.
Requests should identify the relevant interaction, approximate date, and requested action without including unnecessary sensitive information. Identity verification may be required where legally appropriate to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
08. Administration and Contact
This charter may be updated to reflect architectural, regulatory, or service-provider changes. Material revisions will be reflected in the revision label. Privacy correspondence may be addressed to GLINTSORTWELL, 148 Saaristopolku, Suite 420, Pori, Satakunta 28100, Finland.
